Serve 4 Me is our premium add-on assistance service. When your package arrives at our warehouse, we go beyond simply receiving it — we photograph every item, perform a quality check, and if something isn't right, we handle the return or exchange with the seller on your behalf.

How it Works
Sign Up & Shop
Sign up for Swadeship, get your Indian address, and place your order from any Indian website as normal.
We Inspect & Photograph
When your package arrives, we open and inspect every item, photograph it in detail and send you the images.
Return or Exchange if Needed
If anything is wrong — damaged, incorrect or missing — we initiate the return or exchange with the seller on your behalf.
Repack to Save Cost
We remove unnecessary packaging and repack your items to reduce volumetric weight, saving you money on shipping.
Ship to Your Door
Once confirmed, we dispatch your parcel internationally via DHL, FedEx, UPS or Aramex with full tracking.
